About the experience
A team communication workshop creates space for colleagues to listen, participate and build agreements. “One team, one voice” is a facilitated experience for conventions, retreats, kickoff meetings and teams beginning a new stage. It brings a shared purpose to the gathering while making room for different perspectives.
A team communication workshop for shared agreements
Bringing people into the same room does not always mean they have time to hear one another. Teams may arrive with different expectations, questions or priorities. This experience offers a structure for participation, conversation and reflection around the purpose of the encounter.
The workshop is relevant for whole teams, organisational departments and groups navigating a new cycle. It can form part of a team gathering where the organisation wants participants to connect and discuss how they will work together.
What your team will experience
The session combines opening activities, participation and guided conversation. Participants share perspectives, listen to colleagues and explore expectations related to the gathering. The facilitated closing brings attention to possible agreements and next steps.
For example, a team beginning a new stage might discuss what colleagues need from one another, what helps them participate and which expectations require clarification. The focus is on opening a useful conversation and giving different voices space to contribute.
From participation to everyday teamwork
Shared agreements become more useful when people understand what they mean in practice. The experience invites participants to consider how an idea could translate into a concrete action, responsibility or conversation after the gathering. This gives the closing a connection to everyday work.
The organisation receives session design and facilitation, with a summary of agreements according to the scope of the gathering. The purpose and format are discussed in relation to the organisation’s context.
Duration, group size and languages
The workshop usually lasts 2–3 hours and is designed for groups of up to 20 participants. An assistant is required for groups larger than 20. Facilitation is available in Spanish and English, in person or online.
